Outstanding Balance Payments

Full payments on all pre-orders must be made within 30 days of an item arriving at our warehouse (we will advise via email when due). The outstanding balance due must be paid in full during (or before) that period. We are unable to retain products in our warehouse for customers after 30 days from stocking. Failure to complete your order and pay the full outstanding balance will result in the cancellation of your pre-ordered item. Please note that cancellation fees will apply.
