I ordered a medium thunderbird 2 t shirt in dark green colour on the 05/10/19, it was a present for my brother's birthday which was the 18/10/19, so i thought this would be enough time for it to arrive. A medium t-shirt arrived on the 11/10/19 but unfortunately it was not a dark green colour, it was a light blue colour, I was disappointed, so i immediately raised a ticket on the website and explained what had happened. Louise from customer service contacted me by email on the 12/10/19. I explained the problem and supplied a picture of the incorrectly delivered item. Louise apologized and explained that she would dispatch the correct colour t-shirt by express post and hopefully it would arrive in time. And it arrived on the 18/10/19, so although I was initially disappointed with receiving the incorrect item I was very happy when the correct item arrived in time for my brothers birthday. Louise rescued (International Rescued) what was a bad experience and turned it into a FAB experience! Ps - The mark of good customer service is how well things are put right when they go wrong.
