Posted turned up damaged. I requested a replacement - after some days advised SOLD OUT. I requested an exchange to a more expensive item and I'd pay the balance. 8 days and no reply.....I've just e-mailed again - I now hope for a reply sometime in Jan. Past orders have been fast and perfect. Blame Brexit or Boris if you like everyone else seems to. Not impressed. Is one star too much ?????
